You can use this as an herbal tea ingredient, or for topical use. For tea use, it has been shown to reduce blood sugar levels - and bad cholesterol levels. It's benefical for thyroid related issues. Topically, it has been used in compresses, and in herbal salves for insect bites, and other inflammation related issues.
