Citrus sinensis. This powder comes from the dried and pulverized peels of pre-ripe oranges.

For herbal uses, it is used to stimulate the digestion system and to relieve menstrual cramps. In cosmetics, its added as a light yellow soap colorant.

To use in melt & pour soaps, simply add a small amount either directly to your melted soap base and stir well, or add to glycerin and drop by drop, add it to your base until your color is achieved. This peel powder may add a slightly abrasive feel to your soaps which is very nice as a very gentle exfoliant.

This product is food grade quality and can also be used in baking as well as in cosmetics and soaps. Certified Organic.
