French Green Clay

Used in the finest spas for facials and herbal body packs, this French Green clay has the ability to absorb dirt, oil and bacteria from your skin & pores. Your skin will be left gently cleansed, soft & vibrant.

To use, simply add warm distilled water to form a soft paste, apply to your face, avoiding the eyes. Allow to set and wash off with warm water. It's that simple and yet very effective!

Works for oily, normal, dry & combination skin. You just change the basic recipe to accommodate each skin type:

Oily skin: add a little FRESH lemon juice to help draw out oils and tone the skin.

Dry skin: Add a little expeller pressed mayonnaise (or plain yogurt works well, too), or mashed up avocado - your skin will feel TERRIFIC!

Clays can also be used to naturally color homemade cosmetic products. Using this in bath bombs, melt & pour soaps and other recipes, it will produce a nice 'earthy green' tone as well as provide your finished product with an excellent texture & skin-softening properties.
