This black licorice smelling floral water is comprised of Anise Star essential oil suspended in water with a cosmetic carrier (cosmetic carrier is less than 0.5% by volume). It can be used in any recipe where the scent and benefit of Anise essential oil is needed in a transparent liquid. Floral waters hold a longer shelf life over hydrosol waters, and are less expensive, thus if your item is intended for sale, your bottom line is better. They are also a transparent-clear color, thus no worries of color changes or cloudiness in your finished product. These waters smell truer to the essential oil scent than some hydrosol waters do. This product does not contain nor need any preservatives.
