This oil smells just like a pink grapefruit. It is said to be uplifting to the spirits and work as a mild, natural antidepressant. I use this oil in combination with lemon and orange for a terrific all-natural, multiple purpose house cleaning spray due to its disinfecting properties. It can also be used in room sprays to make your room smell extra fresh and clean. Follow recipes carefully as straight essential oils can dull house hold finishes such as counter tops.

Using this in skin care recipes, it should be noted that grapefruit oil can cause skin sensitive when wore in direct sunlight, so configure your recipes accordingly.

This item comes packed in a 2oz. glass amber bottle. As with all essential oils, dilute into carrier oils before applying them directly onto the skin. Keep oils away from eyes and mucous membranes.
